Roslyn Johnson, Founder & Managing Director

Roslyn founded Anokai Advisory because navigating healthcare is complex, even for the most capable people. She is known for challenging the status quo and helping individuals and organisations find clarity in a health system that is often fragmented and confusing.

Her philosophy is simple: health is an asset worth protecting and informed people are empowered to make better decisions.

A public health professional with extensive experience, Roslyn’s career spans national preventative health programs & campaigns, behaviour change initiatives and clinical stakeholder engagement with one of Australia’s leading health organisations serving over four million customers. She has worked across population health, private health, executive leadership, corporate strategy, policy and partnerships with national peak bodies and thought leaders. Always focused on improving alignment, literacy and real-world health outcomes.

Looking ahead, Roslyn’s mission is to change how women navigate health, because it shouldn’t be a guessing game. She believes that clarity, confidence, and support are essential for women to understand where they are now and to chart a clearer path forward. Working to empower people to engage earlier, ask better questions, and move forward with purpose and greater agency.
